Yesterday we played 0utside in the fine fall weather. Good thing too, because today it has not ceased to rain! The boys don't like me to take mug shots of them, so I had to chase them down to get some cute shots. Enjoy!

Outside Fun
Now that summer is coming to an end, we can finally play outside! That's one reason mom loves Georgia, you can expect 70 degree weather off an on from October to March. We've spent many Thanksgivings and January birthdays in 70 degrees. Lovely. Yesterday was beautiful and we enjoyed it by spending some time outdoors!
Clay braved the roller blades again. He kept them on for hours! Nolan wanted to gear up like his big brother.

Clay-Man
Clay LOVES to dress up and make-believe. He often comes up with new ways to put on things , even if they are not for wearing. So these pictures from the last few months are a tribute to Clay's imagination!
He calls this his dinosaur hair-do
The day after he went to B-day part at McDonalds

I think I've seen this on Star Wars...

I don't know how Clay did this...

GO DAWGS!
Ok- so the first UGA football game was a couple of weekends ago, but mom has been REALLY busy and couldn't post these pics soon enough. Daddy invited a couple of his football buddies and their families over for a Bulldog party for the first game. We had a blast with all our friends playing outside on the swing set, fishing for prizes, playing bean bag toss and more! Too bad the Dawgs lost, thankfully they won last weekend!
Are those Auburn fans I see?..... (We love all fans:)

Little Nolan
Big Clay
Way to bring the team spirit, Clay!

Thank you to all our friends who came and made it such a fun, memorable day! We had such a great time and we love you all!

This past weekend we worked hard on our yard! We had a blast playing in the wood chips, raking leaves and observing the wildlife. Clay was riding his tractor and spotted a box turtle. He stopped just in time to save it! Here Clay and Nolan are trying to feed it some okra. MMM.
Today Mom tried to take pictures of us. We were determined NOT to look at the camera and smile at the same time. We think we look pretty cute anyway.

Here's what we've been up to yesterday and today.....
Yesterday we started the day right by helping mommy bake some bread. We couldn't keep our hands out of the dough! Friday, July 31, 2009
It's been an eventful two weeks for the boys- so without further ado, we'll let the pictures do most of the talking... Nolan- the next contender for the laptop
Remember how Clay said he was a "dangerous" cook? Here's his inspiration...
Grandma and Grandpa came to visit for a few days! Nolan was so patient and tried not to interfere during his sewing lessons.

Grandpa and Clay sailing the seas
Clay taking a whack at his incognito grandfather's face...it made contact

Clay's first attempt at roller blading! He was a trooper and went all the way up and down the drive way all by himself!! Way to go Clay!

Clay made this very awesome fort all by himself

Fireman Clay!
Nolan was so proud of himself for sticking a reflector on his belly
Happy boy!

Clay and Nolan get haircuts
Nolan gets his FIRST haircut!!!
Totally for the boys... Brace yourself for wildlife encounters!
